Please check to see that you do NOT have missing information in Skyward associated with the beginning of the year forms and permissions. Please take time to log into Skyward and update your child's information by Friday, September 16.
Skyward is the student management system we use for student records and information. Information regarding parent access is included in this newsletter. Families will use Skyward to complete many of the beginning of the year district forms as well as to see students' report cards and progress reports at the end of each quarter.
Tiles to complete the required beginning of the year district forms and information are now available. Once parents log into Skyward Family Access they will see a number of buttons (tiles) to click on the main home page. Many of our typical back to school forms and permission pages have been made available through Skyward, replacing the first day packet of papers students have brought home in previous years. These include: Informational Documents, Free and Reduced Meal Applications, Emergency Contact forms, Consent to Publish & Photograph, Health Information, Immunization Record Sign-Offs, the Chromebook Parent Packet, Handbook Certification, and permission forms for the Mandatory Curriculum and SEL Lessons. Please take time to log into your Skyward account THIS WEEK to complete these online forms for each of your students.
A few additional required forms and documents were sent home with your child on the first day of school. Although all students have been eligible to receive free breakfast and lunch the past two years, please remember that families who qualify for textbook and food assistance MUST complete an application to receive this assistance this school year. Go to the Skyward website: https://skyward.phmschools.org.
Enter your username and password and click “Sign In”. Your username is likely to be first initial of your first name followed by your last name.
Not sure how to log in?
Click the “Forgot your Username or Password” button.
Enter your email address and click “Submit”.
You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
