Fall Socials will be held this Tuesday, October 31st at 2:00PM, following our annual costume parade, which will begin at 1:30PM. Please send your child's costume with them to school in a bag. They will be putting costumes on just before the parade. Please remember that nothing should be covering students' faces (masks, face coverings, or face paint), and there should be no weapons/replicas.

Parents and family members are welcome to attend the parade held out on the black top, but should not follow the children back into school afterwards.

Volunteers for the Fall Social may arrive and check in at 1:15PM. Each classroom is allowed 4 parent helpers and 1 photographer. We are looking forward to a fun and festive afternoon!

Support a Vernfield Family Fundraiser Show

Please come out to this special performance on Thursday, Nov 2. The Souderton HS theater department has generously provided this extra performance of their fall show so all ticket and concession sales will be donated to support a Vernfield family. This is a family friendly show.

Please note this is a cash only event. Tickets can be purchased at the door. Concessions will also be available for purchase during intermission. Theater doors open at 6:15 for seating so please arrive earlier to purchase tickets.

Thank you in advance for your support !

Our Applebee's fundraiser will be held on Saturday, November 4 from 8AM-10AM! This is a fun way to spend a Saturday morning eating breakfast with friends. The cost is $7.00 for adults and $5.00 for children.

Vernfield teachers will be your servers! Any "tips" left on the tables will be donated to a Vernfield family in need.

If you have not turned in your flyer and payment, please do so by Monday, October 30th!

Help Wanted!

  • Race for Education- We are currently looking for a Committee Chair(s) to run our primary fundraiser, Race for Education. We depend on this large fundraiser at the end of the year to fund the following year. We need to get a team together soon so we can have trainers come in to teach us how to run the new online version of Race. If you are interested, please contact Meg Dick

  • Yearbook- Our current Yearbook committee is looking for help with this year's Yearbook as well as someone to begin learning the website. The students love receiving the Yearbook each year and it is a great way to preserve memories from year to year. If you are interested, please contact Sandra Esposito at

Reminder: all volunteers must fill out the Registration and Disclosure Statement and return it to the office. There are also copies available in the Vernfield office.
