Choices can destroy you.

Divergent is 487 pages of action packed adventure (and a little romance) :)

Book by Veronica Roth

The setting is the distant future: A corrupted city where there are five factions. Abnegation are selfless people, kind and sharing. Erudite are intelligent people that prize knowledge. Candor are ones who are always honest. Amity are friendly and peaceful. Lastly, Dauntless is the fearless faction. On an appointed day of every year, all sixteen-year-olds must select the faction to which they will live the rest of their lives in. For Beatrice, the decision is between staying with her family or being who she really is. So she makes a choice that surprises everyone, including herself. She then has to go through initiation, and when she thinks she is done and she can now live a peaceful life, something evil comes up, and it could kill her. You read these trilling tales in 1st person, right from Beatrice's point of view.

Divergent's theme is that having just one trait is not the best idea. Multiple traits working together makes the perfect person.

Life lessons with: Divergent

The lesson that I (and anyone else) can pull from this amazing story is that you can't be just honest, or just fearless, or just intelligent. You need to be all of these to become to wonderful person you are destine to be.

Jumping into a giant black hole? Not that hard...

I drew this scene of Beatrice being the first one to jump into the hole. This is very important because it gives u a hint on how strong Beatrice really is.
