The Theory of Evolution
Darwin's Theory Of Evolution
Charles Darwin's theory of evolution explains natural selection and how a species must evolve to keep from going extinct. Charles Darwin, with the help of Alfred Russel Wallace, was studying finches on the Galápagos Islands when he noticed that some of them had smaller beaks that allowed them to get food easier than the finches with bigger beaks. Darwin realized that the finches with the smaller beaks had evolved so that they could get food easier.
