Even Teachers Ride Trikes
What We've Been Up To This Week!
On Tuesday we danced to our Listen and Move song- tiptoeing, skating, hopping, and more. We made some "corn" art by stamping legos, making ramps for our cars, and tossed beanbags and identify colors and numbers while practicing gross motor skills.
Wednesday went by quickly! We got to sing Thanksgiving songs with Ms. Kate, build lots of creations with our pegs, and play and drive with cars in shaving cream!
Thursday was trike day and we got to go out early and enjoy the bikes. We have a lot of proficient bikers in our class! We also played with lots of silly Mr. Potato Head toys, talked about Thanksgiving as we made a pumpkin pie craft, and had car races.
On Friday, we created train tracks, and made 12 car trains! We read yet another Elephant & Piggie Story- Let's Go on A Drive, and laughed at how silly it was to go on a drive without a car! During centers we made our own Thanksgiving turkeys, and we ended the day by scootering and stretching with Ms. Vicki. The class favorite pose was the puppy dog!
Hope you all have a wonderful weekend!
