Virtual Students
1. Please pull up to Door #1 at the main entrance to drop your child off.
2. Parents may not accompany their children into the building. A staff member will be there to let your child in.
3. Send your child with a piece of paper listing their full name and teacher's name.
4. Your child will exit the same door in which they entered. Please watch for your child as they exit the building.

COVID-19 Health Screening Checklist for STUDENTS.
Please review this checklist for each of your students DAILY before sending to school.
Stop the Spread of Germs
Please talk with your child about the importance of these strategies to help prevent the spread of respiratory diseases like COVID-19 when they are at school. It will be beneficial for all students to know these expectations when returning to in-person instruction.
- Wear a mask that covers your nose and mouth.
- Wash your hands or use hand sanitizer frequently.
- Don't come to school if you are feeling sick.
- Be Smart Stand 6 feet Apart.
- Cover your coughs and sneezes.
Crazy for Kindness Week
MV SCO READ-A-THON!
READ-A-THON!
The SCO is holding a Read-a-Thon from Monday, March 1-Friday, March 5. Please watch for Reading Logs to be distributed through SeeSaw or physical copies for in-person students. The logs may be returned in person or through SeeSaw. Teachers will be keeping a list of students who returned the logs and forward the list to the SCO on Friday, March 12th.
We will be holding a drawing for a prize (for each grade) of students who returned their logs.

Box of Balloons Birthday Program
Box Of Balloons Birthday Program
BOX OF BALLOONS-FREE BIRTHDAY PROGRAM
Receive all the fun supplies you need for a birthday party! Each birthday box includes decorations, balloons, a party game, party favors, cupcakes (12), plates, and napkins for 6 special guests, and a special gift for the birthday child. A two weeks’ notice is required to put the birthday box together.

Weekly Meal Boxes
Families,
Weekly Meal Boxes are FREE to all children in the Sun Prairie Area School District. This applies to those who are 18 or under in a household.
A meal box contains 7 breakfast meals and 7 lunch meals.
Storage and cooking instructions are included in the box.
You can pick the free meal boxes up at the following locations and times:
Monday Westside Elementary (1320 Buena Vista Dr.) 11 am - 12 pm
SP Food Pantry (18 Rickel Rd.)12:00 - 3:30 pm
Tuesday C.H. Bird Elementary (1170 N. Bird St.) 11 am - 12 pm
Camden Apartments (2601 Old Camden Sq.) 12:30pm - 1pm
SP Food Pantry (18 Rickel Rd.) 5pm - 7pm
Wednesday Sun Prairie High School (888 Grove St. door #15, back of bldg) 1:30 pm - 2:15 pm
Northside Elementary (230 W Klubertanz) 4:30pm - 5:15pm
