SALVAGING CREDITS
Audience: Middle / High School Data Controllers and Counselors
Data Controllers: Run the report and provide it to counselors ro review and approve before submitting the report for processing.
It is very important that you print the report and share with the Counselor for approval. Once it is approved you will select the submit button at the bottom of the screen to process the report.
Counselors: Allows you to see the students who are eligible to have their failing course grades averaged to award a passing grade and award credit

DISD Salvage/Credits. Here are the steps to run this report:- From your PowerSchool start page, from the left menu, Under Reports, select System Reports
- From the Reports screen, select the System tab
- From the System tab, go to the Grades and Gradesbook section, then click on DISD Salvage/ Credits
- From the Salvage Credits screen, you will select from the dropdown grade level at a time
- Once your have selected your grade level. Then click Submit

Unify
The Student Item Analysis in Unify is one of the most powerful reports that can be used to inform both classroom- and student-level instructional decisions.
After a test is administered, most teachers’ first stop will be the Student Item Analysis (SIA), which yields information by SE, by item, item type and other attributes that are marked on the assessment.

- Browse/Register through Dallas ISD Career Management System no later than seven days before the scheduled class so that we can accommodate all participants with seating, training certificates, and handouts.
- Check the audience and prerequisites for each class to determine if you are qualified to enroll in a particular class.
- Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. If space is available, walk-ins may be allowed.
- Please note that if you do not register, we cannot guarantee you handouts or a computer station. In addition, we cannot notify you if a class has changed location, has been cancelled due to low enrollment, or has been closed due to full enrollment.
- If you cannot attend your scheduled class, please withdraw through your transcript page on Dallas ISD Career Management System.
