NEED A SUB?
Here's a refresher on how to find/book a substitute.
Follow these three steps if you are needing to take a sick, personal, vacation, school business or professional development day.
- Call your preferred sub. If your preferred sub is not available then see the shared drive for a list of available subs. Johanna will be sending weekly emails with new subs, so be sure to write them down and put them in your phone in case you need them on the weekend.
- AFTER YOU SUB HAS AGREED to come in, request him/her in AESOP. This is necessary for them to be paid.
- Log into BOLT and request your time off. You will need to do this even if you are taking a professional development day or school business. You will not be docked for professional development or school business.
If you need help putting a sub in the AESOP system please ask Johanna or Monique. If you need help requesting time off in Bolt, ask Johanna or Adriana.
If you need help with your password, here are the numbers you will need to call:

LIBRARY NEWS
Please use this link: http://bit.ly/2wDrLXx to sign up for Nook carts. There will be 5 Nooks per cart and there will be a total of 9 carts. I am tweaking the checkout system, but wanted you to have access right away. Please remember that devices must be returned at the end of each day. Please let me know if you have any questions about these tablets. There are meant to supplement what you have in your classroom.
COMPUTER LAB
The computer Lab will be closed on Oct 25-26 for 3rd, 4th, & 5th grade Benchmarks.
MobyMax has a new teacher report called “Real Time” under the Classroom Tools section. If you open the report, it will show what a student is working on at that instant (real time). It displays the subject, amount of time they have worked, percentage correct, and if they are off task (taking too long to answer).
