Southview Elementary
June 2023 Newsletter
A note from Ms. Denure
Greetings Southview Families!
Thank you for all of your support, once again, this school year. Our students could not have experienced the success they did without your help. Your partnership is very much appreciated.
I hope your summer allows for some rest and relaxation in the beautiful Wisconsin weather for you and your family. May you also make some memories with your children. I look forward to hearing about all the adventures and experiences when we return in the fall.
Also, in the fall at our PTO meeting, we will discuss our family survey results. Here is a link to the presentation. Please reach out with any questions as well as suggestions for how we can be our best for our kids and our families.
As we undergo our preparations for next school year, please look for more information in our mid-August mailing, if not before. However, please note that the graphic below will be our schedule to kick off the 23-24 School Year:
Thank you for another memorable year at Southview Elementary. We continue to have students, families, and staff members who work hard each day to help each other experience academic and social/emotional growth. I look forward to continuing our work together for the 2023-2024 school year because TOGETHER we can achieve great things for our children and for our community!

Elementary School Report Cards
2023-2024 Online Registration is Open
The Chippewa Falls Area Unified School District has opened the annual online registration process found on the Infinite Campus parent portal. This process helps us gather the latest family contact information along with your permission for important questions concerning your student(s).
The online registration process is required for each student. Completion of the process allows your student access to a number of privileges including field trips, access to the internet, and use of district chromebooks/ipads.
To make the review and entry process simpler, please consider using a laptop or computer.
If your student is a member of more than one household, please understand that only one household can complete the online process. See attached image for more details.
Log onto the Campus parent portal and click on the More menu item, Online Registration, and then 23-24 Next Year EXISTING Student Registration to begin the process.
If you need help logging in, click on the "Problems logging in?" link on the login screen. For help with the online process, email our help desk at helpdesk@chipfalls.org and include your phone number.
You will be able to pay your school fees through the Parent Portal as well. The fee amounts will be payable in August once Debbie returns to the office and loads them into the system.
Summer Notes
Mrs. Tilton's last day in the office before summer break is Wednesday, June 14, 2023.

Right now, we are planning on sending out our start of the school year information the third week of August. Please watch for that! Students will be able to find out their teachers by going on the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. Directions will be sent closer to that time.
See you at our Open House on August 31st from 5-7or September 1st.
Thank you and Happy Summer!
