In Mrs. Hippner's class they were studying about science tools and exploring how to use the tools. I observed many groups of students exploring and describing how to use the tools. | Checking your student in late / out early Procedure: If you need to check your student in late or take them out early before dismissal please park and come into the office to sign them in/out. Parents please remember, students should not be signed out after 2 pm on a regular day, this helps with less disruption in the classroom near the end of the day and also helps with traffic congestion. |

My Child did not bring home an order form, what do I do?
Your child's teacher might not have passed them out yet.
Search your child’s name, First Name and the first letter of last name Exp. Sally S
I see an option to upload my child’s art. Do I have to do that?
No you do not, unless you want to upload a different piece or a sibling piece.
When I search for my child's name, it says not received?
- Try searching your child's first name and the first initial of last name. Exp. Sally S
When will I receive my child’s products?
Once the Order Deadline closes the company will start production and will ship shortly after. I will communicate with families once I receive the products to distribute.

What do I do if my child was absent during the time you created the art?
- You are welcome to upload a piece created at home or from a previous year.

Is Kindergarten participating in the fundraiser?
- Yes they are. All Ventana Vista students were a part of the fundraiser.
Why can't I search for my child's full name?
District policy states, we can not post on public websites full names of children. This is for your child's safety and security. That is why you can search First name and Last name initial exp. Sally S.

Family Teacher Teams Update Teachers have started to roll-out their grade level activities to families for FTT this week and next. They'll also be sharing strategies and tools that you can use at home to help your student grow. Stay tuned for details from your child's homeroom teacher via Remind. | Please Label Your Child's Belongings Help your child (and staff) to keep track of his/her belongings by labeling water bottles, clothing, lunch boxes, and jackets (when the weather starts to get cooler). Mileage Club Info & Volunteer Sign UpIt’s almost that time of year again! Get out those running shoes and join your kiddos on the field. Mileage Club is starting after fall break and can't run without volunteers, we need you! Mileage Club will meet most Thursdays during lunch recess on the lower field. Every student is encouraged to participate, it's a fun time! The kids run/walk laps while earning tokens for each mile completed. Let's help the kids have a blast while staying active. We have two shifts available, stay for one or both. If you can't commit to a full shift feel free to swing by to run laps or cheer on your little runner. Shift One 10:45-12:00 (Kindergarten) Shift Two 12:00-1:15 (All other grades)
Volunteers will assist with set up, take down, scanning, handing out tokens, handing out name tags, and cheerleading. Parents and younger siblings are welcome to run too if that's something you enjoy. We appreciate your help!
