Listen to What Your Kid Want's to Say
Being a good listener is an important part for a child who is being bullied. One of the best question's to ask them is " What can I do to be helpful?". Be open and be able to hear on what they have to say
Don't Retaliate with the Bully or His/Hers Family
As tempting as it might seem to take matters into your own hands, Don't do it. This is where you have to set some examples for your child on how to solve a problem.
Teach Your Child What's Happening
Your Child may still be in a young age and may not know whats going on. It's Important for them to know whats happening to them and why it's absolutely NOT OKAY.
>>> What Adults and Teachers Can Do <<<
Speak up
Bullying is not a problem a child can solve by themselves. It is a power of struggle that is difficult to change without the help of an adult, In most cases, it will only require a few minutes to stop the behavior, especially if you act immediately and in a consistent manner.
Stop the Bullying
If you are there when the bullying occurs, talk with the children who are being aggressive. Explain the hurt that they are causing and have them make amends to those who were harmed.
Listen to Them
most bullying happens who you are not looking. When you are told about it, take it seriously since children usually go to adults for these problems as a last resort. In a small number of cases, bullying behavior is a chronic problem requiring the involvement of families and the assistance of a health professional.
