Principal's Corner - Mr. Jeffrey Cateon

Students and staff return to school from winter break was a success.

Student Councils' Read Across America Spirit Week was both exciting and fun. It was nice to see both students and staff participating.

MASS Health and SNAP Benefits

Important Information about MassHealth and SNAP Benefits:
In response to the COVID-19, MassHealth put protections in place that prevented members’ MassHealth coverage ending, and qualifying Massachusetts households began to receive extra SNAP at the beginning of each month to buy food. Due to recent action by the federal government, these protections and extra benefits will be ending soon. Please visit the Welcome Center website for more information on what you can do now.

Brand New Books Galore!

Big picture
Today we received a donation of many brand new books from a Willett supporter. There are an assortment of fiction and non-fiction books for all of our friends ranging from Kindergarten through grade 4. I, personally, want to read the book called, "Eye Gunk". Sounds like there might be some new and interesting facts contained in there. Or how about learning about snakes, sharks, artificial intelligence or dolphins? So much wonderful knowledge to explore. THANK YOU to our special donor. We couldn't support our students so well without the back up from our community and we are ever so grateful for everyone's kindness. These books will be in our school library within the coming weeks so be on the lookout!

From the Health Office....Mrs. O'Malley

Please remember to send a change of clothes to school with your child.

The Mobile Dentist is returning to Willett on Monday May 1st. If you have submitted consent previously this school year, your child will be seen again. If you did not previously consent and would like to, please call the office, and request a dental consent form to be sent home with your child.
