Spring Pictures will be taken on Tuesday, April 12th. Flyers from Eastman Adams were sent home with your child before Spring Break. Follow the directions to order online or send the picture packet with your child that day. This is also the day we will be taking the traditional class pictures with everyone standing together in a group.
Please read through this newsletter for more information about upcoming events.

- Track event schedules will be posted at spanishfork.org by the Friday prior to the track and field day.
STUDENTS
- Students should arrive at school and plan to travel on the bus to the event with their class so they can be given instructions and receive their name tag/sticker that will list their scheduled events.
- Students should plan to wear comfortable clothing and sturdy shoes and dress for the weather.
- Students should apply sunscreen at home and reapply as needed.
- For safety reasons, students are expected to stay with their class throughout the meet.
TESTING, TESTING!
- Make sure your child attends each school each day. Let your child's teacher know if you are planning to be gone so that make-up days can be scheduled.
- Make sure your child gets a good nights sleep and eats a good breakfast each day.
- Stay positive and reassure your child that you know they are going to do GREAT!
Our teachers do a great job of making the assessments stress free and low key so that students can focus and do their best. We use the data from our end of year assessments to plan and coordinate additional help and services for students.
Come be involved in PTA!
We still have unfilled positions on our PTA committees for next year and would love to invite you to get involved. Two parents may want to work together on a specific committee to co-chair the events and share the workload. Contact a member of the PTA board if you are interested in helping out.
