We hope you can attend one of our two Focus Groups for Milton Parents, Guardians, Caregivers, and Community Members:

The School Committee is also offering an opportunity for high school students to voluntarily participate in an after school focus group to share their perspectives on the district’s leadership needs. Mrs. Cahill sent an email this week to all MHS parents, guardians and students with all details on the student focus group.
We invite all community members to share their input on the Superintendent search by completing this survey, which will be open through Friday, November 18.

Jigsaw Puzzle Donations for MHS Library
A note from our AMAZING Librarian:
A moment of lost internet created space for a love of jigsaw puzzling in the library!
A crew of MHS students are working on their second puzzle (different students throughout the day contributing to the efforts) and the energy seems to be increasing. If you have a NEW or very gently used 1,000 piece jigsaw puzzle that you would consider donating to the MHS Library, they can be dropped off at the main office. Thank you so much!
iDECIDE Partnership and Screener
The objective of iDECIDE is to provide students with:
A scientific understanding of the impact of substance use and addiction on the adolescent brain and body;
An understanding of the common tactics used by industry to target young people;
The ability to identify and respond to personal impulses to use alcohol and other drugs; and
A sense of empowerment and a plan to make healthy decisions in line with their core values and future goals.
Milton High School is partnering with iDECIDE at Mass General Hospital to support students who have violated our substance use policy. This letter is for all families to know more about the program and a confidential survey that will be administered to all students mid-November about substance use and mental health. A list of FAQ about the program and survey can be found here.
SEPAC
Participate, Advocate, Educate! Milton SEPAC will kick off our new season on Monday, November 14 ONLINE by voting in the ’22-’23 board. All are welcome to attend and vote. The SEPAC Board Nomination Form is here. After we install our new board, we will be finalizing our agenda for November ’22- November ’23.
