This is THE FINAL NO GO List!
The No-Go List is now here. Are you on it or not? If you aren't...FANTASTIC! But, if you are... know that it is your responsibility as a Wolf to be Proactive, Accountable, a positive member of the Community, and exercise Kindness. Unfortunately, if you find yourself on the No-Go List, be advised that you will not be able to participate in any extracurricular activities and field trips.
**SOME CHANGES**
If you find yourself on the No-Go List, that means you have incurred the following infractions:
- 2 or more F's
- Excessive Tardies: 5+ tardies in periods 2-7
- Behavior: 5+ minors, any majors, and/or any Ed. Code violation
If you have any questions, please email Mrs. Padilla @ michelle.padilla@cnusd.k12.ca.us.
REMINDER:
New data will be run every two weeks. If students have improved their behavior, they will no longer be on the list. For example, if you are on the list because of grades, you have 2 weeks to improve your grades and if they have improved, you will be automatically removed from the list. We hope this makes it easier to track.
Not sure if you are on the list? Check with your homeroom teacher.
Here is the 5/22 No Go List. ***To access this list, you MUST use your CNUSD account.

8th Grade Promotion... Everything you need to know!
8th grade promotion will take place on Friday, June 2nd @9AM at Roosevelt High School.
In order to fully participate in promotion and ALL end of the year activities, you must have the following:
- 2.0 (or higher) cumulative GPA. (Meaning, both 7th & 8th grade factor in)
- No obligations, which include financial (lost/broken/damaged materials) and/or behavioral (underserved detentions/community service)
- No "No-Go List"
If you are in danger of NOT walking at promotion, you should have been contacted by us at Ramirez in April. Together, we will come up with a plan to help support you. If you are concerned that you may be in danger of not walking, you can reach out to us at any time!
All 8th grade students were given a presentation on 8th grade promotion requirements on Tuesday, January 10th. The presentation is in your Google Classroom for your science class.
ADDITIONAL 8TH GRADE EVENTS to KEEP IN MIND!
- 8th grade awards ceremony: May 30th
- 8th grade field trip: May 24th
- 8th grade fun day: June 1
- 8th grade luau: June 1
REMINDER...Selling of non-school related items are NOT ALLOWED.
Another REMINDER...If the tardies continue, then the sweeps shall stay.
***Warning...Please be aware that your teachers and administration will continue to be relentless in giving minors/majors and detentions (lunch and after school), community service, and even having your parents walk you from class to class. We are continuing to set up parent conferences for many students who have been identified as having extreme difficulty getting to class on time.
It is very important for you to get to class on time, because it is your education. We need you to value your time here at Ramirez and get the most out of your teacher's instruction, and to respect that time.

Remember...WEAR YOUR ID
What: IDs are to be worn on YOU...and it MUST be your own ID.
When: At ALL times
Where: On campus
Why: For your safety
How: Your ID needs to be on a lanyard around your neck or clipped near the neckline on your shirt. It is NOT to be attached or hooked to your belt loop or your backpack. It must be visible from the front at all times.

REMINDER...School Threats
***If you see or hear something, make sure to SAY SOMETHING to an adult.
