Update and prayer requests from McKinney

Thank You!

Friends and family,

We wanted to send this special email to you all and ask that you would partner with us in praying over a few things that are happening with our church planting ministry here in McKinney. The Lord is moving and we want to make sure we are seeking Him in all things. I'll try to keep it short and sweet! : )

Prayer Requests

Jesus is knocking! -- We have recently had a young man who has been part of our group for almost a year confess faith in Christ. We are praising God for this mighty work and would ask you to join with us and pray that the seed of the gospel fell on good soil and he would now know the freedom and joy of belonging to Jesus.

Another in our group seems really close to trusting Jesus and is coming to our house for dinner this week to ask questions about Him. Join us in praying for these hearts and the others that are hearing the gospel each week as we gather!

Church being bold -- As we are finishing our Residency with Christ Fellowship our church plant is prepping for our next season of Core Team recruitment. We will unveil publicly our church name, website, vision soon*. In the meantime, would you join us in seeking Jesus to bring more laborers into His harvest of McKinney (Matt. 9.37-38) as we seek to build our Core Team this summer and work to launch our church publicly this coming winter?

Help Wanted -- As part of this next step of faith moving away from the Residency and prepping our team for the next step in church planting, I am currently looking for a full-time job. I will be bi-vocational and work while continuing to pastor and move our church plant forward. Will you join us in asking God to provide just the right job where I can work well, provide for our home, and have the ability to pastor and plant our church faithfully?

[Also, if you have any connections in the McKinney/Allen/Frisco/N. Plano area my skill set is best with customer relations, sales and project management. Email me!]

How can we pray for you? -- please send any prayer requests to -- I would LOVE to pray for you. Just let me know what I can be praying for!

In Christ,

Mike and Erin McCullough
