Practice-a-Thon THIS FRIDAY

The Practice-a-Thon party is THIS Friday, October 25 from 6-10pm. Students who raise $50 or more are invited to the party. Students can turn in their donations anytime this week, but MUST turn them in by 4:00pm on Friday. Anyone who has raised $350 or more, needs to turn their money in by Thursday afternoon so they can secure the permission slip for their non-band friend to attend with them.

If you signed up to donate snacks or drinks, please bring them to the school by Wednesday of this week so we are able to organize and plan for the party on Friday. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR GENEROUSLY DONATING TO THIS PARTY!!!

We still have open spots if you are interested in serving as a chaperone for our Practice-a-Thon party on Friday, October 25. Please use the following Sign-Up Genius link to volunteer as a chaperone.

**If you would like to serve as a chaperone at the party, please make sure you have been cleared by the district as a volunteer at Hudson.**

Lastly, parents who have signed up to chaperone the party need to fill out the following form. Filling out this form will ensure we are able to get your chaperone badge before the party begins. Since our front office staff will be gone before our party starts, we need to have you checked in early. Thanks for taking care of this!!

Practice Records for ALL STUDENTS

All students should be inputting practice log minutes in Charms every day. We have gone over how to input the minutes in all classes. This is a weekly grade and very important for the growth of each musician. If you are having trouble logging into Charms, please contact Mrs. Becker to have your password reset.

This link shows step by step how to log minutes in Charms. Please contact Mrs. Becker or Mr. Urban if you have any questions.
