I just wanted to let you know how impressed I was by your tutoring groups I observed early this morning, I was making some deliveries to classrooms and every group was involved and actively participating. I have heard from my own kids that in secondary they do not get the active support from teachers that I saw this morning. Our students are lucky to have you all as their teachers!
