Holiday Remembrance Candle Lighting:

Although the holidays are often a time full of excitement and cheer, it can also be a difficult time of year for some individuals and families who have experienced the loss of a loved one or are going through a difficult time. As a way of supporting our Albion Family, the guidance department will be offering a free candle lighting for anyone who would like to dedicate a candle and write a message to a special loved one. The candle lighting will take place on Friday (12/18) during the last 10 minutes of students’ lunch periods (between 10:30AM-1:00PM). Anyone who would like to participate must sign up (here) by Monday (12/14) to ensure that we have enough supplies. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to contact Ms. Rothkegel at or call at 440-268-5924.

Thank You Albion Students:

Albion students rose to the occasion once again during our Penny Wars and Staff vs. Student Basketball game fundraisers. Between the two events, we raised over $2,200 dollars for our less fortunate Albion families for the holidays. Our full amount will be divided up among 11 of our most needy families. Way to go "Big A!"

Your Child's Digital Reputation:

Help your teen understand the importance of their digital reputation; how it will affect their future life choices or careers. Access this resource on the website.

Team Update:

The Patriot Team is excited for the end of the quarter to reward students who have been diligent since the start of second quarter. At the beginning of the quarter, students were given a sheet explaining the incentive and containing 8 snowmen. To qualify for the incentive, students must have at least one snowman left. We are happy to report that the majority of the team will be able to participate in the incentive which will be held next Friday, December 18. Happy holidays to all!

School Fees

Schools fees were due December 4. After December 18, parent access to PASS accounts will be locked for those accounts determined to be past due. School fees can be paid online by accessing our PayForIt link on the District's HOMEPAGE.

Please keep in mind that unpaid fees accumulate yearly. Accumulation of these fees may make payment difficult as your child advances. All fees must be paid prior to your student: receiving report cards; transcripts, parking permits at SHS; and, participation in commencement activities as a Senior.
