What is stress?
There are two types of stress, good and bad. Good stress is stress that can motivate you and make you want to do good. However, too much good stress can lead to bad stress. Bad stressis the stress that can drive people crazy which can lead to many mental disorders
What can cause stress?
Good stress can be caused by many things. Some are getting a promotion, making friends, or getting a raise. Bad stress can be caused by a project due the next day, getting fired, or getting into a car accident
