3:1 Rollout Update

The 810 new laptops and their carts have arrived at the County level and we are (anxiously) awaiting their arrival at Millbrook High School. Once they arrived, they will be processed in the Media Center and distributed.

Stay tuned for more information!

Logging into the BYOD Network

We all know it can be a challenge to get our students to use the BYOD network for a variety of reasons. We'd like to help eliminate the mystery around logging into the network! Below you'll find a video tutorial provided by Dr. Chris Waskco on how to access the BYOD network from an Apple device.

If you are experiencing problems with the BYOD network in your classrooms, please reach out to either Chris at chowell@wcpss.net or Rachell at rgenesky@wcpss.net.

Personalization & Twitter: We need your pictures!

We're using our Twitter to help personalize the Media Center this year - and we would love your help!

This month we're asking you to:

  1. Pick your favorite book, magazine or other publication.
  2. Take a photo of yourself holding your book of choice.
  3. Email that photo to Rachell at rgenesky@wcpss.net.

We will take your photo, tweet it out to all of our staff and students and display your photo and book of choice in the library. For an excellent example, check out Ms. King's tweet!
