Hospitality and tourism- In the Hospitality and Tourism cluster, you could work in a restaurant, hotel, sports arena, or travel agency. You might manage operations of a college cafeteria. Or you might guide high school students on a trip to Spain. Or you might rent equipment at a recreation center.
Law, Public Safety, Corrections, and Security- If you are interested in working in this cluster, you have several options. One option is to guard the public by enforcing the law. Or you might provide fire protection and security. Another option is to provide legal services people who commit crimes.
Social- People with social interests like work activities that assist others and promote learning and personal development. They prefer to communicate more than to work with objects, machines, or data.
Artistic- People with artistic interests like work activities that deal with the artistic side of things, such as forms, designs, and patterns. They like self-expression in their work.
Exteravert- Enjoy a wide circle of friends, enjoy groups, seek interaction
Sensing- Focus on what is real and actual, pay attention to details, learn step-by-step
Feeling- Are good at complimenting, Value harmony, prefer to be tactful
Judging- Value order, tend to work now / play later, prefer to have deadlines

I think having Social Perception is very helpful, because it means you understand other people in their social world. So you can socialize with them and communicate with them
- Working with the Public
I think it is important to learn how to work with people and the public rather than to work by yourself.. Must have confident to work with the public
Its good to have some Strength so people know that you have some strength in you
- Rapid Response
When someone ask you a question you cannot freeze up and just stare at them. You have to respond to them quickly so they see that you have everything under control.
- Decision Making
It is important to make decisions on your own. It can help you with leadership and show responsibility
Support- People for whom support from their employer is important like to be treated fairly and have supervisors who will back them up. They prefer jobs where they are trained well.
Achievement- People for whom achievement is important like to see the results of their work and to use their strongest abilities. They like to get a feeling of accomplishment from their work.
Relationships- People for whom relationships are important like to work in a friendly, non-competitive environment. They like to do things for other people. They prefer jobs where they are not pressured to do things that go against their sense of right and wrong.
Working conditions- People for whom good working conditions are important like jobs offering steady employment and good pay. They want employment that fits their individual work style. They may prefer doing a variety of tasks, working alone, or being busy all the time.
