Visit Ike's Veterinary Office!

Bring your pet to our Young 5 Veterinary Office to receive excellent care! Mrs. Laidlaw has created a dramatic play area for our youngest learners. They have spent time caring for "sick" stuffed animals and are practicing their communication skills!

What makes Roller coasters go so fast?

Our 4th grade students spent time working on creating a roller coaster to test how fast they go. This is part of their Energizing Everything Unit.

6th Grade Parent Night at RMS

Richards Middle School would like to invite you and your 6th-grade child to Richards Middle School on the evening of Thursday, February 23rd, at 6:00 p.m.

The purpose of this evening is to introduce you and your child to their future school, the programs offered, and the selective classes available to them. We will also provide our students with a tour of our building’s selective classrooms.

The program will start promptly at 6:00 p.m. Parents are to report to the RMS gym, where they will meet the administrators, counselors, and academic department heads. Students will gather in the cafeteria, where their tour will begin.

Our goal is to provide you and your child with a good understanding of our vision and mission at Richards Middle School.

Our RMS counselors will visit each elementary classroom beginning Monday, February 27th for the 2023-24 school year and Wednesday, March 1st to assist students in filling out their schedule forms. Students are to return their schedule requests to their 6th-grade teacher no later than March 5th.

Counselors will again help with inputting the course requests at the elementary schools beginning March 6th and March 8th.

Join us for our Elementary Open House on February 8th!

Meet our teachers and principals, learn about the enrollment process and visit our classrooms. We have two events to serve you best. Both start at 7 p.m.
