Eco Warriors.

We have some great news! Our Eco Warriors have achieved the Bronze Eco Schools award for their achievements in working towards a healthy lifestyle. This is down to their commitment and hard work. We are now aiming to achieve the Silver award before the end of term.

Eco Warriors Big Blue Day - Fri 2nd July 2021

The Eco Warriors are holding a Big Blue Day on Friday 2nd July to raise awareness about marine pollution and the effects upon wildlife. On that day we will invite all children to come dressed in blue (and even have blue hair if they want!) or dress as their favourite sea creature. They may bring a donation towards the work of the Marine Conservation Society if they wish. The Eco Warriors will also invite them to make a sea picture at home that we hope to use for a display in school.

School Lunches

Next week we will be on Week 3 of the lunch menu below.

Children can decide daily whether they are having a school dinner or packed lunch.

Please ensure you discuss the menu each day with your child so they can decide what they would like to order. Once they know their choices, they will choose this each morning with their teacher during registration.

Each day there are 3 choices, either the hot dinner, the sandwich or the jacket potato with a choice of topping. The sandwich and jacket potato always come with a selection of vegetables/salad on the side and have the full pudding choice for that day.
