The Together Leader: AP Book Study
AP's are asked to read Chapters 9-11 for January 29 and Chapters 12-13 for February 26. In order to be prepared to discuss the readings at the AP meeting in January, please consider the following:
- What routines have you established to maintain balance in your schedule?
- How have you used Thought Catchers (Ch. 10) or Later Lists (Ch. 7) to organize yourself?
- What practices have tried to make your email system more organized?
Here are questions to consider as you read Chapters 12-13 for February:
- How do you organize and plan ahead for long-term projects?
- How do you communicate about a large project to various stakeholders?
- How do you and your assistant work together?
- What role does your assistant play in your calendar?
- How can you maximize your assistant to support you?
