4th basic step to food safety

Always keep cold foods cold below 40 degrees!

Refrigerate leftovers as soon as possible.

Make sure to keep your refrigerator and freezer clean at all times!

Do not let frozen foods thaw on the kitchen counter.

Never referee foods unless the contain ice particles. Use defrosted foods promptly. Refrigerate or freeze perishable items as soon as you get home and make sure they are the last items you put in your cart!
