Why is this dairy group so important for our bodies to be healthy

you have always heard your parents say "drink your milk it will make you big and strong", well they were right! Your body normally has a spurt period around the time you become the age of 12 through 30 that spurt is going to help your body when you are older, when you get to that age past 30 your body stops absorbing calcium and if you don't get enough calcium in your younger ages your bones can become brittle and break a lot easier, that is called OSTEOPOROSIS

What is osteoporosis

You typically see older women get osteoporosis, men get it too but you mostly see it in women. It does not give any symptoms, it causes weak bones, you can break your bones a lot easier.
