Average speed describes speed of motion when speed is changing.

Average speed is the total distance traveled divided by the total time of travel.

Instantaneous Speed

Rate of motion of something at a specific moment of time.

Constant speed

Constant speed is the rate of speed without any acceleration or regression and it is also not changing direction of movement.
