Mary Wood And Sandy Young donated their time and talents this summer painting artwork and murals to update the lobby, front hall, and cafeteria at RC Waters. They did AmAzInG work! The students and staff love the new look!
You've Got a Friend in Me!
RC Waters kicked off the year with the annual PBIS assembly. This year’s theme is “You’ve got a friend in me... To RC Waters and beyond.” The highlight of the assembly was our special guest, Sheriff Woody, who sang for us!
The students practiced Bus Safety Training this week.
STEM Project!
Third graders participated in a STEM activity on Friday. They worked in groups to design, build, and test a swing set.

OHHS Doors Open @ 7:00 a.m. for student drop off. Classes begin @ 8:00 a.m.
Classes end at 2:40 p.m. Building Closes @ 4 p.m.

Parent drivers for student drop off/pick up enter Lot A through drives 1 & 4. Please pull all the way up to alleviate lines on route 163.

- Thank you to the men and women of St. John's Evengelical Church in Oak Harbor, for hosting an amazing team feed. We appreciate this fun tradition!
- The Rocket lady volleyball team win game 4 by the score of 25-19 to beat Margaretta 3 games to 1. Nice Job Ladies!
- The Lady Rocket Tennis Team beat Fremont St. Joe 4-1. Winners Grace Johnson,Hannah Duquette, Hailey Shiets, Bailey LaFountain, Viv Kunkle.
- The Rocket Boys Golf team defeated Edison 177-211 to extend their winning streak to 5 matches. Colin Ish-42 and Brenen Ish-43 had the low scores for the Rockets.
- The Karbor Krazies are out cheering on the Volleyball Team. Great school Spirit Rockets
- The Lady Rocket Varsity Soccer Team defeats Wauseon by the final score of 5-1. Nice Job Ladies
- The Rocket Boys Golf team defeated Edison 177-211 to extend their winning streak to 5 matches. Colin Ish-42 and Brenen Ish-43 had the low scores for the Rockets.
- At Catawba Island Club .... Rockets Win Again! Port Clinton 239, Tiffin Columbian 217, Oak Harbor 208. Hannah Genzman 48, Delaney Hayes 48, Maddy Glaser 56, Lauren St. Clair 56.
- The Rocket Boys Golf team won their 4th match in a row beating Fremont Ross 183-204. Colin Ish, Jordan Millinger & Brenen Ish shared medalists honors with 45’s.

The school district was founded on July 1, 1967 due to the consolidation of the Benton Township School District, the Carroll Township School District, and the Salem-Oak Harbor School District.Benton-Carroll-Salem Local School District, home of the Oak Harbor Rockets, serves 1700 students on three campuses: R.C. Waters Elementary School (Grades K--3), Oak Harbor Middle School (Grades 4--7), and Oak Harbor High School (Grades 8--12).
