Mrs. Barbour's Class---May 31, 2016

Class Party

Our end of year class party is tomorrow Wednesday, June 1st from 12:45-1:30. Parents are invited to attend. The plan was to have students participate in outdoor activities (sidewalk chalk, bubbles, games, etc...) and enjoy popsicles, chips, watermelon slices, and juice boxes. Due to the rain we will probably move our party indoors and adjust our activities. Please remember to bring your ID and check in at the office if you are attending the party. Thanks!

Thank You--Baby Shower!!

Dear Parents,

THANK YOU to Mrs. Bohren (Carter's Mom) and Mrs. Dautrich (Anakin's Mom) for planning a surprise Baby Shower for me. How sweet and thoughtful! The students had a blast playing games and eating snacks as well as trying to keep the shower a surprise to me! Thank you for the snacks and gifts!!

Our baby girl is due in the middle of August right as school is beginning. After 11 years of teaching I will not be returning to the classroom next year. I am excited to be able to stay home with our baby but I will definitely miss my students and teaching. Thank you for all of your support and help at home this year. I hope to visit Cross Oaks next year and see my former students!
