Attention ! Afternoon Car Riders

Please know that if you choose to pick-up your child as an afternoon car rider, there are two places for pick-up.

  1. The carpool line
  2. The far visitor parking lot closest to The Falls of Autry Mill subdivision. (Your child can cross the monitored crosswalk to this parking lot for pick-up)

However, please do not park in the lot closest to the car pool line unless you plan to get out of your car and escort your child across the car pool line at the designated crosswalk. Students are not permitted to cross the car pool line without you.

All entries are due by 9 a.m. on October 16th and should be turned into the Front Desk or outside of the Media Center. Students may enter more than one category, but each entry should have its own entry form attached. ENTRY FORM and OFFICIAL RULES BELOW.

Student Checkout Procedures

If your student is attending face to face instruction and to ensure a more efficient way to check your child out of school during the day, please adhere to the following:

In an effort to avoid interrupting instructional time with the intercom, students need to bring a note designating the time that they should meet you in the front office. Notes should be brought to the front office in the morning for authorization. The signed note will allow your child to leave class at the designated time and meet you in the front office. If students do not have a note we will not call them to the office until parents are at the school to sign them out. (for example, we cannot call them out of class when you call from your car) For this reason, you may experience delays if your child does not have a note giving prior notification of early dismissal.

Your cooperation with our check in/out procedure will help keep classroom interruptions to a minimum and will get you on your way in a timely manner.
