R is for Response check for response ask name squeeze shoulders if no response do the next step.
S is for send for help call triple zero (000) or ask another person to make the call to (000) for ambulance
A is for Air ways open the mouth and tilting head with chin lift.
B is for Breathing check for breathing look , listen and feel No normal breathing start the next step
C is for CPR start CPR -30 chest compressions : 2 breaths continue CPR until help arrives
D is for Defibrillation apply defibrillator if avaliable and follow voice prompts
