Voluntary Vaccination Status Form
The EWSD has created a voluntary online form that we are asking parents or guardians to fill out to share the COVID-19 vaccination status of your child(ren). The EWSD will use this information after a positive case to help identify close contacts who need to quarantine and those who do not need to quarantine.
This voluntary disclosure will add another layer of prevention and assist the District in being able to speed up the process of identifying who needs to quarantine and who doesn’t when there is a positive case.
If you chose to take part, please fill out our online form through the PowerSchool Parent Portal, located in the “Forms” section. At the bottom of the form, please attach a photocopy of your child’s COVID-19 vaccination card. If you can not upload this online, you can either send in a printed copy of the card to the front office or bring the card to the school and have a photocopy of it made.
You should already have a parent access account from conducting the recent Annual Student Update. However, the EWSD Helpdesk (helpdesk@ewsd.org or 802-857-7777) is able to help those still needing to set up an account.
If you decline to provide this information for your eligible student(s), they will be considered to be not vaccinated. There is no deadline for this, as the District will be collecting the forms on a rolling basis.

Student Government
EHS Student Government is officially in session! On Friday, September 24th EHS Student Government had their first Senate meeting of the year. Speaker Darrian Michaelides ran the meeting and swore in all new and returning Student Government members into office, including Vice President Eli Bostwick. The chairs of each committee shared their current projects and had the opportunity to bring forth proposals for consideration by EHS Senators. These proposals included topics such as planning Homecoming with ALC, community service opportunities, and organizing the upcoming 9th-grade elections. These proposals were then debated and voted upon by the Senate.
If there are any issues students would like discussed by the EHS Student Government, please email sgovernment@ewsd.org! We look forward to welcoming our new freshman members into Student Government this year.
