President's Welcome - Dr. Davis welcomed everyone to the meeting.

Community Input - The following topics were addressed during the first community input:
- There were no comments during this period of community input.
Minutes - The following minutes were included in the agenda:
- The Board approved the minutes from the October 25, 2021 Legislative meeting.
- The October committee meeting minutes were affirmed.
Education Committee/Curriculum/Technology/Student Services Recommendations -
The Board reviewed and approved the following:
- Enrollment Report
- The Board approved a confidential educational agreement and one student for homebound instruction for the 2021-2022 school year.
Finance Committee Recommendations - The Board approved the following:
- Routine matters - The Board approved the Treasurer's Report, the list of bill payments, and budgetary transfers.
- Other matters - The Board approved three settlement stipulations, a change order to Skepton Construction, Inc. for COVID cleaning services, an agreement with Synovia Solutions for GPS services, an agreement with IntegraOne for technology infrastructure for the new SRMS, and technology purchases from Dell and BitDirect for the new SRMS.
- Additionally, the Board approved the Opt Out Resolution to agree to not increase taxes beyond the Act 1 index of 3.4% for 2022-2023.
Personnel Report/Recommendations - The Board approved the following:
- Personnel Report inclusive of appointments, resignations, retirements, leaves of absence, changes of status, mentor appointments, and the extracurricular report.
- The Board also approved a contract addendum for pricing with Kelly Services substitute service.
Policy Committee Recommendations
The Board approved second readings of the following policy:
- 201 Admission of Kindergarteners and Beginners
The Board affirmed first readings of the following policies:
- 202 Eligibility of Nonresident Students
- 215 Promotion and Retention
- 818 Contracted Services
- 916 Volunteers
Liaison Committee Reports - The Board reviewed the following informational reports:
- Montgomery County Intermediate Unit - Darlene Davis
- Montgomery County Legislative Committee - Amy Francek
- EASTERN Center for Arts & Technology - Art Levinowitz
- Equity and Empowerment Steering Committee - Jennifer Iannitti
- Educational Advisory Committee - Titia Scherpbier
- Pennsylvania School Boards Association - Michael Henderson
- Township - Mark Sirota and Stan Ropski
- Upper Dublin Education Foundation - Jeffrey Wallack
Solicitor's Report - Mr. Diasio reported that the Board met prior to the November 22, 2021 Legislative meeting, from 6:00 PM until just before 7:00 PM, to discuss personnel matters included on the Legislative agenda and confidential educational agreements.
Community Input - The following topics were addressed during the second community input:
- Enrollment
- American Rescue Plan (ARP) funds spending
- 90 minute period for teachers
- Tutoring
- School Board elections
Comments from the Board and/or Superintendent - The following topics were addressed:
- Dr. Yanni responded to comments regarding enrollment, ARP funds spending for student "learning loss," and the 90 minute period in the high school schedule.
- Dr. Levinowitz commented regarding the outgoing board members.
- Mr. Ropski and Ms. Francek commented on their service as school directors.
