how to add to the MGHS website
making a contribution
For the MGHS website to be as up-to-date and relevant as possible for the school community it would be great if as many faculties/people as possible make a contribution. Class activities, excursions and special events can all be included so if you are involved with any of these things, please feel free to do something for the website. Hopefully the following guide will help in making the process as smooth as possible.
Step 1
Whenever you go on an excursion, organise a special event, or have your class do something a bit different - take photos and write a report ( or, even better, have some students do these things)
Step 2
Go through your photos and choose the best ones - about 8-10. Identify all students who are clearly identifiable in the photos. Check that ALL girls have permission for their image to be publshed.
Do this by going to staff > teachers >website2013>photos>allyears permission to publish. If any student does not have permission you must delete that photo.
Step 3
Upload photos to teachers>website2013>photos. Create a folder with a simple name and date
Step 4
Upload the report to your faculty folder and email me to let me know that it and the photos are there, so I can add it to the website asap.
