computers can cause high amounts of eye strain
Computers have high levels of light and a small screen, making long work days hard - eyes stare at a light source for a long time. But, the main problem for eye strain is that since computers have a limited area, eyes have to focus on a specific area and move ever so slightly over and over again. When doing specific restricted movements like this over and over again, it would cause strain in any body part.
Eye strain can be prevented by firstly lowering the level of brightness on your computer and just having less amount of time using it. By taking breaks strain can be lessened because the joints aren't continually under stress. The brightness not only lessens the drying effect that can annoy the eyes, but also saves battery.
