INNOVATIVE TEACHING. EXPERT EDUCATORS. THRIVING STUDENTS.
August 6, 2021

The CDC, Arizona Department of Health Services, and Summit School strongly recommend that individuals wear a mask while on campus.
From the Head of School...
Dear Summit Community,
What an amazing first couple of days we have had at Summit School! Thank you for the warm welcome and for giving Summit the opportunity to collaborate with you in the education of your children. Energy and positivity is everywhere.
I am looking forward to a school year filled with great educational experiences, community activities, curiosity, problem solving, and memory making. Please stay diligent in the monitoring of any COVID symptoms in your home so that we can keep our families safe and our doors open to all. We continue to recommend masks at Summit and also respect your choices. Thank you for all you do.
Sincerely,
Dr. Stephanie Nardi
Head of School

Who Wore It Best?
COVID Testing Parent Survey
For Summit to implement this program, we would need parent consent for testing. Students would swab their own noses and the tests would be pooled by classroom. Preschool would not be included. More information can be found at AZDHS K-12 COVID-19 Pooled Testing program.

Referral Credits
Our families are Summit’s best advocates and we appreciate when you share your Summit story with family and friends. We ask for your help in continuing to spread the word about Summit School!
In addition to helping create a thriving community of learners, Summit School has temporarily increased the Referral Credit from $500 to $1,000 as a credit toward your tuition liability for each newly enrolled student of a new family. This temporary increased referral credit amount is for new students (not applicable for siblings of current students or for returning students) that enroll between April 12, 2021 and March 11, 2022. Each credit is applied to your FACTS tuition account after the new family makes two tuition payments for the new student(s). During these stated dates there are no limits to the number of referral credits you may earn by supporting our school! Please contact Summit Admissions or Business Office if you have any questions regarding the family referral program.
Note: Referral credits of $600 or more require the completing of a W-9 form claiming the income. Referral credits are not applicable for voting members of the Board of Trustees.
Athletics
Season 1 sports registration is now open! If your child is interested in joining the Co-ed Cross Country, Girls Basketball, or Co-ed Soccer team please reach out to Mr. Moreno for more information. David.Moreno@summitschoolaz.org
