WIlliam. Edward.Burghardt (W.E.B )was born on February 23,1868. In Great Barrington Massachusetts. When he was in school he was a newspaper reported. An in the 1884 W.E.B graduated as a valedictorian. Then in 1888 W.E.B want an spent has summer in Nashville's teaching Africa America school. W.E.B died on August 27 ,1963.
