1). Your Well-being Enrollment
To "enroll" in something, Webster claims you "officially register, accept, admit, recruit and engage." Wiki says you "initiate attendance."
As we are electing our benefits and enrolling in our plans, let's keep in mind the totality of our enrollment. From a holistic viewpoint, what have we registered for, accepted into our lives, admitted to ourselves, recruited into our behaviors and engaged into our mindset?
The challenge is out there to initiate your own attendance into what areas of well-being are meaningful to you right now.
Enrolling in the far-reaching resources here at Jackson can undoubtedly assist with being the best version of you.

5). Nutrition Nuts & Bolts | Facts About Fiber
Dietary Fiber: How Much and What Kind Do We Need In Our Diet?
Dietary fiber is the part of the plant that provides and maintains the plant’s structure. The various fibers of the plant cannot be digested by the human body and therefore provide the vital function of helping to keep our digestive tract running smoothly.
Make sure your diet has plenty of both soluble fiber (found in some vegetables, fruit and legumes) and plenty of insoluble fiber (found in the skins of fruit and vegetables and the bran portion of whole grains).
Both types of fiber help to maintain a healthy digestive system! Aim for 25-30 grams per day of total fiber intake. In addition, make sure you drink plenty of water to hydrate as high fiber intake requires high water intake.
Best food sources of fiber: legumes, all fruits with skin (pears, berries, apples) all vegetables (kale, cabbage, broccoli), 100 percent whole grain breads, cereals, grains (quinoa, brown rice, bulgar) pasta and crackers.
