Principal's Message
Good Evening Page Families,
I would like to bring your attention to an important matter regarding overdue lunch accounts and the opportunity to apply for Free and Reduced Priced Meals.
Overdue Lunch Accounts: Some lunch accounts are currently overdue. Each month the cafeteria sends home a letter with lunch account balances. These letters are given to students and are brought home in take home folders. Last week we used ClassDojo to message families with outstanding balances.
Payments to your child’s account can be made directly to the school cafeteria via cash or with a check made payable to the school. We recommend not sending cash with your child as we cannot be responsible for lost cash. You also may make payments electronically at www.MySchoolBucks.com.
Free and Reduced Priced Meals: Your child may be eligible to receive Free or Reduced-price Meals. You may apply online at www.MySchoolApps.com or complete a Household Application for Free and Reduced-price Meals, which can be send home upon request.
If you believe your family may be eligible for Free or Reduced Priced Meals, we encourage you to complete the application form linked to this letter or visit https://www.montgomeryschoolsmd.org/departments/food-and-nutrition/meal-payments/ to apply online. All information provided is kept strictly confidential, and the application process is quick and straightforward. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the application process, please feel free to reach out to our parent community coordinator, Mrs. Jade Gilchrist - jade_l_gilchrist@mcpsmd.org
Thank you!
Ms. Brown
Principal
