Instructor/Trainer: Sheila Harbin

Sheila Harbin is an employee of the Choctaw Nation since 1995. She is both a Choctaw Tribal Member and CDIB holder. Sheila holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Southeastern Oklahoma State University with an Emphasis in Leadership, and is a Graduate of Choctaw University. She has her Tribal Human Resources Professional certification (THRP), and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). She has worked in several programs within Choctaw Nation, such as Tribal Membership, Language Department, Finance, and worked in the Human Resources realm since 2010. Sheila trains Government New Hire Orientation weekly, plus multiple soft skills.
