Involvement Fair
Wednesday, January 18th 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM in Mobius Hall
The involvement fair is an event to give students, clubs, and organizations an opportunity to connect with each other. It's also an opportunity for students to find out how to start a club, get more involved on campus, and learn about the resources they have available to them! There will be a variety of different activities for you to participate in, as well as a variety of snacks for you to enjoy, while you mingle with the clubs on campus!
Honoring MLK 2017
On Wednesday, Keynote Speaker, Marissa Johnson will be talking about "Moving from Awareness to Active Resistance in the Fight for Black Lives," from 5-7:00 PM in The North Creek Events Center.
On Thursday, the UWB Black Student Union will be showing a screening of the movie Selma, followed by a discussion on the film, from 6-9:00 PM in in ARC Overlook.

The 27th Annual Students of Color Conference
Application deadline is due on January 30th, 2017 by 6 PM
The 27th Annual Students of Color Conference, “Cultivate OUR Truth with Unity & Resilience” will be held in Yakima, Washington on Thursday, April 6th - Saturday, April 8th 2017.
The Students of Color Conference brings together over 850 students from 34 community and technical colleges across the state to discuss topics that include ethnic and racial identity development, academic success, skills for promoting social justice, and intercultural communication.
All registration costs, accommodations and transportation will be covered by “The Center” for those selected to attend. Application deadline is January 30th, 2017 by 6 PM. If you are interested in participating in the conference, stop by “The Center“ in CC1, to get more information. You must be a student at Cascadia for Winter 2017 and Spring 2017 to be eligible to participate in the conference.
Want FREE help to pay for college?
Applications for Cascadia’s Foundation Scholarships are now being accepted through March 3rd, 2017. Complete ONE application and be considered for up to 40 scholarships. The average award is $1,550. All Cascadia students, prospective students, domestic and international, are encouraged to apply. Visit www.cascadia.edu/scholarships or the Foundation Office (CC2-281C) for guidelines and an application.

Amnesty International Club
The purpose of the Amnesty International club is to educate and petition people in relation to human rights abuses.

Chinese Communication Club
The purpose of our club is to create a community for Chinese students to make more friends, help them overcome culture shock and homesick. What's more, the club is also open for other countries' students who wants to know more about China.

The Christian Fellowship Community
The Christian Fellowship Community is a place for Cascadia students who are Christians to have community.

The Engineering Careers Exploration Club
The purpose of the Engineering Careers Exploration Club is to expose students at Cascadia to the vast field of Engineering, both professional and academic.

Film Club is a project in which students work together to direct, film, edit, write, and act in a film that we can self produce.

The purpose of GenUN is to inform, educate and inspire students about sustainability issues from a global perspective.

Gender Equity Club
Gender Equity Club promotes gender equity through helping students realize the seriousness of the inequality on campus and in society. Join us to discuss ideas of how to treat each other equally and help us organize fun events to raise awareness throughout the campus.

Cascadia Muslim Student Association
Cascadia Muslim Student Association is a student-run organization that reaches out to fellow students to bring them closer, and help them learn and understand different cultures, ethnicities, and faiths.

Next Generation I.T.
The club is Professional Technology students helping each other, our campus and community. Student members will work together on web based projects, web pages, mobile applications, project management, network infrastructure, and environmental technology sustainable practices. Membership is open to all current registered students of Cascadia College.
