Greetings Regional School and Religious Education Families!
The Epiphany is a holiday primarily commemorating the Magi's visit to the baby Jesus and the baptism of Jesus by John the Baptist. We are extending an invitation to all our families for two upcoming events at the Church: a fun-filled night for children on January 7th, followed by a special Family Mass on January 8th.
SATURDAY, JANUARY 7TH EPIPHANY CELEBRATION (6:00pm - 8:30pm)
We’d like to engage our students in a night of learning while having fun. The evening also supports parents and guardians with some free time! Drop off and pick up are at the Church. Children will be supervised by our religious education staff and volunteers.
ENTRY FEE: Cost per family: $10 for first child, $5 for each additional child. Payment can be made at the door on the evening of the event, or pre-paid at select Masses - see attached flyer for details.
WHAT THEY GET: Fun, and lots of it! Arts and crafts, read aloud, pizza, snacks, and animated movie: The Star
RSVP: https://forms.gle/8pjF6PJaVsscezAP6 Please RSVP by completing the form for each child so we have an accurate count for food as well as grade-level of our attendees.
Transfiguration School Students: Can prepay this event by bringing in the money to the school or during mass times on the flyer. Please remember to RSVP!
Religious Education Students: Can prepay this event during mass times on the flyer. Please remember to RSVP!
SUNDAY, JANUARY 8TH - FAMILY MASS (10:00am - 11:00am)
Your child(ren) can bring in their crown, star or telescope they created on Sunday and display it in our church’s nativity scene. Refreshments will be served right after Mass, join us in the parish hall!
We look forward to seeing you soon. Please contact me with any questions.
