Who We Are
ASPCA, or American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, is a non-profit organization and was created in order to help prevent animal cruelty. Every year, thousands of animals are abused, mistreated, or left alone ; stranded on the streets without a home.What We Do
Our organization provides local and national leadership in three key areas: caring for pet parents and pets, providing positive outcomes for at-risk animals and serving victims of animals cruelty.
Our Mission
The ASPCA's mission, as stated by Henry Vergh in 1866, is "to provide effective means for the prevention of cruelty to animals throughout the United States
