A Message from NLMUSD Nutrition Services

Now through Wednesday, May 27th, we will be providing five breakfast and lunch meals weekly on Wednesdays only, for our Norwalk-La Mirada children, 1-18 years of age, at the following locations:

Los Coyotes Middle School – 14640 Mercado Ave, La Mirada
NLMUSD - Central Kitchen – 12244 Rosecrans Ave., Norwalk
9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.

Meal Pick-up Instructions

Directions for drivers will be provided at the sites. When at the beginning of the line, the parent or student will exit the car and stand 6 feet from the table. Indicate how many children are in the household and provide the student ID number(s) and/or name(s). The Nutrition Services team member will gather your food and place it on the table or cart. At that time, you may step forward and place the bags of food in a box that you bring. Gather the food quickly and exit promptly.

Social distancing is required. Please stay 6 feet from others. If you are sick, have a temperature, cough or are sneezing, please stay home.

Food safety instructions will be provided. The NLMUSD is not responsible for food once it leaves the property.

Thank you for your patience as we adjust to a new distribution method. Updates will be posted on www.yourchew.com.
