Gardens' Greetings
Here's SMORE news to share....
Welcome to Bradley Gardens
The Parent Portal (Powerschool) will go live on August 24th at 3:00 PM. There you will find your child's teacher for the school year. We have worked diligently to place your child in the best possible setting, using multiple criteria. Please remember that at this time we will not accommodate any requests for changes. Once you have the name of your child's teacher, you can navigate to their website for a welcome letter. Below is a suggested supply list for students per grade level. If you are not able to obtain the additional materials suggested, be assured that each child will be provided with any supplies needed for his or her instruction.

An Attitude of Gratitude
This upcoming year, we will continuing our focus on mindfulness, specifically, having an attitude of gratitude. Each day, students will recognize what they are grateful for and we will have a quote a week sharing how gratitude can change your point of view and research has shown it is good for the soul. We are hoping to make gratefulness contagious and spread happiness, recognizing what we have.

Walking to School?
If your child will be a walker in the upcoming school year, remember to send in an updated walker form. Students in Grades K-2 must be escorted by a parent or designee. They may NOT walk home alone. Walkers are dismissed to the gymnasium at the end of the day and need to be signed out by someone on that list.
Students in Grades 3-4 may be unescorted but need a permission slip for this to take place. Our main goal is to keep your child safe while in our care.

Is your contact information correct?
Please update the emergency form and send it in on the first day of school. While much of that information is on hand, we want to be 100% sure we have the most updated information. http://www.bg.brrsd.org/apps/pages/index.jspdir=School%20Forms%20and%20Documents/Required%20Forms&type=d&uREC_ID=279867
