Our Speaker: Rev. Fr. Thaddeus Franta
Rev. Fr. Thaddeus Franta was baptized Orthodox in April of 2002 while earning his M.A. in linguistics at the University of New Mexico. Prior to that he earned his B.A. in linguistics at the University of Cincinnati. In 2008 he attended St. Tikhon's Orthodox Theological Seminary, where he graduated in 2011 with a Master's of Divinity. He was ordained a deacon by His Grace Bishop Michael of NY and NJ on May 8th 2010, and then to the priesthood by His Grace on Sept. 17th of 2011. He has served as a priest at Holy Trinity Orthodox Church, OCA, in Rahway, NJ for three years, and volunteers at East Jersey State Prison.

- Talk by Fr. Thaddeus (beginning around 7:15pm)
