This is a fundraiser agreement made between Thirty-One Gifts-Independent Consultant, _______________ and your organization.
Commission Option 1
Your Thirty-One consultant will donate 25% of all sales before taxes and shipping to your organization and after the cost of promotional materials such as catalogs, order forms or flyers are deducted. By choosing this option, the organization does not earn hostess benefits unless agreed upon by the consultant.
Commission Option 2
Your Thirty-One consultant will donate 15% of all sales before taxes and shipping to your organization and after the cost of promotional materials such as catalogs, order forms or flyers are deducted. By choosing this option, the organization will receive hostess benefits as outlined in the catalog.
Shipping costs will be included in the customers total price. Shipping is 8% of the total order. All orders will be sorted by the consultant and delivered to the head of the organization. Please note, Direct shipping to the customers home is available upon request for an additional $4.00 plus tax.
Thirty-One accepts cash or checks made out to the consultant. The organization may choose to have all payments made out to them and one check can be written to the consultant. All sales will be subject to 8% shipping and handling and states sales tax. Please note, a sale is only exempt from sales tax when the merchandise is sold to and used by a tax exempt organization.
Thirty-One gifts has a 90 day return policy. Please contact your consultant as soon as possible if a return is needed.
