SPECIAL "SAFETY" REMINDER

All students should be dropped off at the front of the school in the loop designated for drop off (staff members are there to receive students). Parents who are dropping off students in the morning, please be patient with the process and refrain from pulling around other cars that are dropping off students. This is critical as we work to keep all of our Comet students and families safe.

The dates of instruction for students at KCES will be January 31-February 2, 2023. More information, including opt-out forms will be coming prior to the scheduled lessons.

Parenting a Child with ADHD

This workshop is designed to address the unique parenting skills needed to parent a child with ADHD. You will learn specific strategies to help your child develop positive habits and minimize negative behaviors, help your child understand and manage their feelings, and optimize learning at school.

Children’s Education Workshop

Skill Building in Children with ADHD

While parents attend the Parenting a Child with ADHD workshop, children ages 5-11 are invited to attend a life skills workshop. They will learn skills on organization, setting goals, and managing strong feelings.
