Brown Appreciation Week for Educators and Support Staff
At Brown School we are combining Appreciation Week for Teachers and all Support Staff during the week of May 9-13.
I think the pandemic shutdown demonstrated just how vital the entire school system is to each of us, and to the wellbeing of society. Please take a moment and extend appreciation to educators and school personnel with a kind word or gesture. Let's boost-up those who help lift our kids into their future.

Stress-Smart Tips to Help You Handle Your Strong Feelings
Yoga for kids is an excellent way to stretch your muscles while calming your brain and body when you need to release energy.
Check out the Yoga poses for kids in the video below.
Remember: Yoga is a gentle form of stretching - movements should not be forced and should not hurt your body. If you start to feel pain, relax and lighten up on your stretching.
